Dispute Resolution

Why effective dispute resolution is critical to Kansas State University

The purpose of this website is to provide faculty and staff at K-State an array of resources to assist in dispute resolution. Conflict is inevitable and is a natural outcome of human interactions. While there can be positive outcomes of conflict, destructive conflict wastes energy, destroys otherwise productive relationships, and decreases the level of productivity. For these reasons, I encourage faculty and administrators to utilize the interventions listed on this site. It is intended that these services provide informal and impartial steps toward dispute resolution.

Please feel free to contact any of the offices or individuals listed on this site for further information.

Thank you for seeking out these resources in an effort to resolve disputes.
