The Press Secretary is charged with speaking with members of the press (e.g. K-State Collegian, Wildcat 91.9 FM Radio, Manhattan Mercury, etc.) on behalf of the subordinate chapter. He/she is also charged with creating flyers to promote upcoming events, promote upcoming events on the university website, billboards, among other resources that are available, update and oversee the KSU ACJA official website, including social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
This is an appointed position made by the Chairman of the Emeritus Cabinet, in consultation with the Chapter President, and approved by the Emeritus Cabinet by majority vote.
