Treasurer

The Treasurer of the Criminology Club serves as the chief financial officer of the organization, oversees fundraising activities, and makes sure that all proceeds are distributed equally between the Criminology Club and KSU ACJA activities.

Director of Promotions

The Director of promotions oversees advertising and publicity assignments of the organization. He/she works with local newspaper editors such as the K-State Collegian to publicize ongoing activities, promotes upcoming events on the university calendar and through flyers distributed around campus, chalking, among other activities in regards to marketing.

Director for Student Relations

The Director for Student Relations ensures that the students remain active and attend social functions. Such functions may include dinners, potlucks, movie nights, philanthropy functions such as the American Cancer Society - Relay for Life event, community service (social responsibility), among other social activities.

Director for Recruitment

The Director for Recruitment ensures that the organization has as many participants as possible and finds ways to retain members of the organization. He processes member dues with the Faculty Advisor, and introduces new members to the group. When it's in regards to KSU ACJA, he makes recommendations to the KSU ACJA President for members who would qualify under Grand Chapter rules and guidelines, and insures that all their paperwork is processed and sent to KSU ACJA for final processing. He also serves as an ambassador and makes tables available in the Student Union to recruit new members, visits residence halls to speak with potential recruits, among other recruitment activities.
