The Cabinet
2012 - 2013 Term of Office
Under Artcle VI, of the KSU ACJA Constitution and By-Laws, the Cabinet serves as the executive body of the subordinate chapter. The Cabinet has the authority to remove members from the chapter when local, state, and federal laws are violated, among violations of the university's student code of conduct, establish the chapter membership dues for the year, perform the legwork on behalf of the chapter and brainstorm ideas to further the mission of ACJA. Cabinet meetings are presided by the Chapter President.
Jordan Oatsvall
Treasurer
The Treasurer of the Kappa Sigma Upsilon Chapter is third in the line of succession to the Presidency and serves as the chief financial officer of the fraternity. He oversees the budget of the chapter and chairs the fundraiser committee meetings, coordinates fundraiser activities, prepares budget requests for the K-State Student Governing Association, among other duties as assigned by the President and/or KSU ACJA Constitution.

Clint Jones
Director of Promotions
The Director of Promotions serves as the chief promotions officer. He is responsible for distributing advertisements for upcoming speaker events, chalking around campus; oversees the Facebook and Twitter accounts, including the website of the fraternity; creates newsletters and press releases on behalf of the chapter or the Chapter President, among other duties as assigned by the President and/or KSU ACJA Constitution.

Cora Lucia
Director for Student Relations
The Director for Student Relations ensures that members of the fraternity remain active. She is responible for coordinating and arranging social activities, field trips, philanthropy functions, among other duties as assigned by the President and/or KSU ACJA Constitution.

Noelle Remy
Director for Recruitment
The Director for Recruitment serves as the official recruiter of the chapter. She chairs the Recruitment Committee meetings and schedules interview times for prospective members, among other duties as assigned by the President and/or the KSU ACJA Constitution.
