Principle 22
Anger can get us into trouble with others
Anger that spins out of control can have severe social consequences. Slowly seething anger can put distance between us and another person. An angry outburst toward a boss can get us fired. We can harm ourselves or another person in a fit of rage. Road rage can create a dangerous confrontation on the highway.

Anger that is not properly managed can have unpleasant short-term and long-term consequences. Anger puts us on the back of a dragon. Dragons, however, are notoriously hard to control.
