González to present 'Balancing Rigor With Inclusive Pedagogy'

Tanya González, professor of English, will present "Balancing Rigor with Inclusive Pedagogy" at noon Wednesday, Aug. 31, on Zoom as part of the Teaching and Learning Center's professional development series.
The national teaching and learning news currently focuses on imagining the "new" university classroom. What best practices have we explored over the last three years? How do we incorporate them into our course design and classroom activities? González will walk us through some of the patterns in the literature about and practice of inclusive excellence in the classroom. She will also invite K-State faculty to join a continued discussion of this topic.
