Free one-week trial of K-State CrossFit

Submitted by Travis Haug

Are you interested in trying out CrossFit but haven't had a chance yet? K-State CrossFit offers a free one-week trial membership to individuals interested in and new to K-State CrossFit.

The free membership will give individuals access to K-State CrossFit classes for one week after sign-up as well as open gym hours.

Depending on level of ability, classes will provide different levels of modification and will go over the fundamental movements of CrossFit to help prepare participants to enter into the regular classes.

Classes are in 4 Natatorium — purple double doors — and are scheduled for 5:45-6:45 a.m., 12:05-1 p.m. and 5:30-6:50 p.m. Monday through Friday; and 9-10 a.m. and 10-11 a.m. on Saturdays. Be sure to arrive early.

To receive a free one-week trial membership, click to fill out the trial membership information. The trial begins on the day you sign up and will expire seven days later. In that time, you can attend any class of your choosing. When you arrive at your first class, be sure to check in at the iPad at the front desk, check in with the coach and introduce yourself to other members.

If you have any questions, please contact Travis Haug at haug0931@k-state.edu

After the trial membership, membership pricing/options can be found on our website
