Land and real property transactions policy

The university announced a new policy, land and real property transactions.
The policy serves as one-stop guidance for university units to either sell or acquire real estate and real property as defined in the PPM 7650 on behalf of the university. The policy also includes a fillable form to request authorization to sell property or to acquire property on behalf of any unit of Kansas State University.
