Fouquette earns Senior SHRM certification

Lindsey Fouquette, executive recruitment manager in Human Capital Services' Talent Acquisition, recently earned her certification as a senior certified professional from the Society for Human Resource Management, or SHRM-SCP.
SHRM has represented the human resources community for nearly seven decades and has more than 300,000 members in 165 countries. It is a well-respected organization at the forefront of HR trends and emerging professional knowledge. Fouquette's exam was comprised of knowledge and situational items from SHRM's Body of Competency and Knowledge which consists of behavioral competencies and human resources expertise. This certification is designed for HR professionals who are engaged in strategy development, leading HR functions and influencing the community.
Fouquette leads K-State's internal executive search firm, Executive Talent Search, and serves as a strategic partner to a number of colleges and departments at Kansas State University.
