Intercultural Communication workshop offered March 27

Submitted by Human Capital Services - Learning and Development

From the Managing Change Toolkit, Intercultural Communication, WTD222, will be offered from 1:30-3 p.m. Friday, March 27, in 123 Leadership Studies Building.

This workshop is a culture simulation in which participants interact following different cultural rules. It allows participants to experience cultural difference as they reflect on their feelings, thoughts and behaviors during the session. After the activity, participants are asked about their observations and how they could relate to their ability to lead across cultures. They are also asked to reflect upon their understanding of their own culture and the culture of others.

To register for this session, you can either sign up through HRIS Self-Service or send an email to Megan Eakin at learning-develop-hr@k-state.edu. When sending an email, please include your name, employee ID, course title, and course number WTD221.
