Chinese dumpling workshop on Sunday, April 14
The Confucius Institute and the Chinese Students and Scholars Union will jointly host a dumpling workshop from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, April 14, at the Frith Community Center in the Jardine housing complex.
Join us to learn how to make this popular Chinese delicacy. You also can enjoy the dumplings you will make at the end of the workshop. The Confucius Institute will provide all the ingredients. The event is free and open to the public.
