K-State Alumni Association will host International Student Fun Day Sept. 18

Submitted by Tim Schrag

The K-State Alumni Association encourages all international students to attend the International Student Fun Day from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Sept. 18 on the Johnson Terrace at the K-State Alumni Center.

The free event will include Mexican desserts and drinks, music from around the globe, family-friendly entertainment including games and a photo booth, and special guest Amy Button Renz, president and CEO of the K-State Alumni Association. Willie the Wildcat and other K-State guests also will be in attendance.

"This event is for international students and the K-State community," said Jessica Elmore, K-State Alumni Association associate director of diversity programs. "It's a chance for our international students to come together and have an afternoon of fun with the K-State Alumni Association while building relationships."
