Discipline, absenteeism and EAP presentation Feb. 28
Char Shropshire, assistant director in the Division of Human Resources, will present Discipline and Absenteeism, Course WTD129 session 007, from 8:30–11:40 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, in the Edwards Hall Commons.
This session will discuss the most common disciplinary problems that supervisors face, help supervisors understand the four-step discipline procedure, discuss the university’s guidelines regarding classified staff attendance and how to conduct effective conversations with employees about leave issues. This session will also provide an overview of the Employee Assistance Program.
