Students in the natural resources and environmental science secondary major capstone course will present the findings from their semesterlong research projects from 9:40-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 13, in the K-State Student Union's Little Theater.

Three projects will be discussed, including "Kansas State University Sustainability," "Adapting to Climate Change Variability: An Analysis of the Southern Great Plains," "Water Quality Assessment: The Effects of Land Use and Land Cover in Urban and Agricultural Watersheds," and "Water Quality Analysis of the Little Kitten Creek Watershed in Manhattan, Kansas."

The presentations are open to the general public. Undergraduate students interested in natural resources, environmental science, and sustainability issues are especially encouraged to attend. The natural resources and environmental science secondary major is supported by the Office of the Provost, College of Agriculture, College of Arts & Sciences, and Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering.
