2014 form W-2 wage and tax statement

2014 W-2 forms were mailed Thursday, Jan. 29, to K-State employees who did not consent to receive their W-2 form electronically. Employees who consented to electronic W-2 form prior to Jan. 21 will not receive a printed W-2 form in the mail.
Electronic W-2 Wage and Tax Statement may be accessed through the State of Kansas Employee Self Service.
