Jessica Haymaker-Parsons, MSW, LSCSW, has been a social worker for over fifteen years. She began her career advocating for those who experience sexual and domestic violence. She has worked at every level of social work practice, including private practice, statewide and community organizing, evaluation services, program development, systems advocacy, and individual direct advocacy. She has extensive experience working with trauma survivors. Interests include advances in mental health treatment, preventing and responding to sexual and domestic violence at all levels, and improving helping systems for those they serve and the employees who work within them.
