Reporting and Analytics

What We Do

The Institutional Research Team in the Office of Data, Assessment, and Institutional Research (DAIR) provides data services for the University and its units & departments, including:

  • Develop data-based business intelligence tools to support planning and decision-making processes
  • Complete mandatory federal and state governmental reporting requirements
  • Analyze and model data to identify trends and inform future decisions
  • Support data needs in institutional and program accreditation activities
  • Work closely with and provide data support to the Assessment of Student Learning team 
  • Fulfill data requests for K-State faculty and staff
  • Administer surveys and administrative evaluations
  • Collaborate with other units to ensure data quality, implement efficient data processes, and create a culture of data-informed decision making
