What We Do
The Reporting & Analytics Team in the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (OIRA) provides data services for the University and its units & departments, including:
- Develop data-based business intelligence tools to support planning and decision-making processes
- Complete mandatory federal and state governmental reporting requirements
- Analyze and model data to identify trends and inform future decisions
- Support data needs in institutional and program accreditation activities
- Work closely with and provide data support to the Assessment of Student Learning team
- Fulfill data requests for K-State faculty and staff
- Administer surveys and administrative evaluations
- Collaborate with other units to ensure data quality, implement efficient data processes, and create a culture of data-informed decision making
