Dr. Das's expertise in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology is a combination of his training in Physics, Materials Science, and Device Engineering. He is passionate about condensed matter physics, applied physics, material chemistry, and technology development. His research is based on 1) understanding the physics of materials at the nanoscale, 2) developing scalable manufacturing, and 2) exploiting the knowledge in building Electronic, Sensing, and Energy Devices. Dr. Das's core expertise is in electrical transport physics as well as electrochemical transport in nanoscale materials and devices. He has extensive experience in state-of-the-art Nanofabrication of electronic devices - transistors, transparent conductors, (bio)sensors, and energy harvesters.
