Free printing available on the Manhattan campus

K-State offers limited free printing for students, faculty and staff on the Manhattan campus.

Each semester, K-Staters receive:Office worker print paper on multifunction laser printer. Copy, print, scan, and fax machine in office. Modern print technology. Photocopy machine. Document and paper work. Professional scanner.

  • $10 in free printing during the fall and spring semesters
  • $5 in free printing during the summer semester

Unused balances do not carry over to the next semester.

  • Hale Library: First, second, third and fourth floors
  • Media Center: First floor, Sunderland Foundation Innovation Lab
  • K-State Student Union: First floor
  • Justin Hall: Lobby
  • Cardwell Math/Physics Library: Room 105C

Color printing

11” x 17” printing
