Here's to 30 Years of the Beach Museum of Art!

YOUR ART MUSEUM IS IN ITS 30TH YEAR! (1996-2026) 🎉

For three decades, the Beach Museum of Art has been Manhattan’s free-for-all art museum and the only major museum devoted to the art of Kansas and its surrounding region. We are extremely grateful to you: our visitors and patrons for your love and support for all these years. 🫶

As we celebrate this milestone, we’ve set a fundraising goal of $300,000. Every gift, no matter the amount, helps us maintain free admission, develop new exhibitions and programs, and connect art with people across our campus and community.

Support the museum during our anniversary year through two special fundraising events in April:

K-State Day of Giving, April 8, 2026: A 24-hour university-wide virtual fundraiser. Visit k-state.edu/day-of-giving

The museum complements the teaching, research and service missions of K-State by integrating art with science, technology, engineering, mathematics, agriculture and the humanities, offering students and faculty new ways to think, create and problem-solve.
SPECIAL CHALLENGE on April 8: Donate between 8-9 AM and 3-4 PM for the museum to win additional prize funds from Kansas State University for “Most Donors” during those hours.

Grow Green Match Day, April 22, 2026: A fundraiser organized by the Greater Manhattan Community Foundation (GMCF). Visit GrowGreenManhattan.com
As a vibrant cultural hub, the museum brings world-class art experiences and culture to Manhattan and Kansas through important educational and community outreach programs. On April 22, GMCF will match donations made to participating non-profit organizations, including the Beach Museum of Art.

With your critical support, we can sustain a museum that belongs to everyone for the next 30 years and beyond! We sincerely thank you for your generosity💜
