The college is undergoing a renewal process to become more sustainable and competitive. Several committees have been established to inform the process, and town hall meetings have been combined with faculty meetings to keep people informed, gather feedback and follow shared governance principles.

At town hall meetings on Sept. 10 and Oct. 1, Provost Mendez and other college and university leaders provided information on the college's financial and enrollment challenges and their plans to work collaboratively toward improvement.

More information and all town hall presentations are on the College Renewal website, which will be updated throughout the process. The website also offers a feedback form.
