Finalists announced for interim dean of College of Arts and Sciences

The search committee for the interim dean of the College of Arts and Sciences announces three finalists who will interview for the position:

  • Wednesday, June 10 — Andrew Bennett, professor, Department of Mathematics.
  • Thursday, June 11 — Nick Wallace, professor and associate dean of research, College of Health and Human Sciences.
  • Friday, June 12 — Scott Tanona, professor and associate dean for academic affairs and planning, College of Arts and Sciences.

There will not be a public open forum as part of the interview process. However, all department heads in the College of Arts and Sciences will be invited to meet with each finalist as part of the interview process.

Other identified interview groups will also be meeting with each finalist, including both college and university leadership.

View candidate application materials and interview schedules on the provost's search website. A K-State eID and password will be required to access the information.

All current employees are encouraged to review candidate materials and provide their feedback by completing the online survey for each candidate on the provost's search website. Each survey will open the morning of the candidate’s interview and close at 5 p.m., two business days later.

Oral or written feedback on the candidates may also be directed to members of the search committee. Please provide feedback no later than Wednesday, June 17.
