Celebrating University Support Staff

Join the University Support Staff Senate in recognizing the contributions and achievements of Kansas State University staff members on Thursday, April 30.

The University Support Staff Recognition Ceremony provides an opportunity for all University Support Staff, or USS, members — including employees, supervisors, unit heads and campus administrators — to come together and celebrate the exceptional contributions of K-State's University Support Staff. Honorees are encouraged to bring guests to share in this moment of recognition and appreciation.

The ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. on April 30 in the K-State Student Union's Main Ballroom.

The ceremony will honor retirees and those marking milestone years of service throughout the 2025 calendar year. It will also recognize the recipients of the prestigious Meritorious Service Awards, the K-State University Support Staff Award of Excellence and the University Support Staff Belonging Award.

All attending USS employees will receive a gift of appreciation and be entered into a drawing for one of 25 "free day off" prizes. Winners must register and be present when names are drawn to claim prizes. Registration can be completed online.
