Faculty, staff invited to shape the future of professional development
All faculty and staff are invited to participate in the 2025 Professional Development Needs Assessment Survey, which will help shape the future of training, learning and growth opportunities across Kansas State University.
The survey will gather input to better understand skill development needs, preferred learning formats and barriers to engagement.
Survey feedback will guide the university's investment in professional development, ensuring that opportunities reflect the real voices and needs of our community. A strong response rate is essential so that every perspective is represented.
An email invitation to the survey will be sent on Nov. 10, and recipients will have until Nov. 21 to complete it. The survey link is unique to each recipient; it cannot be forwarded or shared.
The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Any questions can be directed to learning-develop-hr@k-state.edu.
