K-State Family Center now accepting new clients for therapy services

The holiday season, finals week and the upcoming new year can bring up a range of emotions — and it's important to remember that mental health matters. The Kansas State University Family Center is accepting new clients for individual, couple and family therapy, proudly serving the K-State community and Kansas residents.

The center offers services on a sliding fee scale and currently has grant funds available to support couples and family therapy for low-income clients. Those interested in beginning services may complete the online request form.

A couple sits on a couch in an office talking while a therapist sits in a chair across from them with a notebook and listens.

Clients can access individual, couple and family therapy services through the K-State Family Center, which supports the mental health and well-being of the university community and Kansas residents.

The K-State Family Center's mission is to improve the mental health and well-being of individuals, couples and families. The center provides systemically oriented therapy that addresses the needs of individuals within the context of relationships and families.

Staff members are committed to empowering clients by nurturing strong relationships, addressing identified concerns, and providing a safe and inclusive environment that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences.
