University Printing delivers high-quality, cost-effective solutions for the K-State community

University Printing supports Kansas State University and its affiliates through high-quality, cost-effective print, sign, shipping and mailing solutions that help advance the university’s communication, branding and marketing goals. From large-scale print projects to everyday departmental needs, the team partners with faculty, staff and students to deliver creative, efficient and reliable results.

With its main production facility in Umberger Hall and a satellite location in the K-State Student Union, University Printing offers a wide range of services designed to make professional-quality materials accessible to the entire K-State community. The team’s mission is to ensure responsive, innovative and collaborative service that aligns with university priorities.

As part of an ongoing effort to enhance campus partnerships, University Printing invites feedback through a short survey and welcomes the community to an open house from 1-3 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 21, in Umberger Hall. Visitors can meet the team, learn more about available services and explore creative solutions to their printing and communication needs.
