ADA signs provide essential navigational tools for people with disabilities by using tactile text, Braille and high-contrast visual elements.

Whether you're preparing for a campus event, updating building signage or promoting services, University Printing is ready to help. With expanded services available to the campus community, it's easier than ever to bring your creative vision to life.

As of August, University Printing has assumed responsibility for the production of ADA-compliant building signage and wayfinding signs, previously managed by the Division of Facilities. This transition ensures continued support for accessibility across campus, with signage that meets federal ADA standards — enhancing navigation for all students, faculty, staff and visitors.

In addition to ADA signage, University Printing has expanded sign services to meet various needs throughout the university. Departments and units can order:

  • Posters and banners
  • Event and tradeshow displays, including retractable vinyl and fabric sleeve stands
  • Window clings and cut vinyl lettering/logos
  • Flags and yard signs
  • Elevator decals and stickers for any use
  • Custom sign services

To place an order or learn about sign options, use the online estimate and order forms or contact the University Printing team at 785-532-6308 or uprint@k-state.edu.
