Sabuhi Sardarli named associate dean of administration and finance in College of Business Administration
A prominent leader in Kansas State University's College of Business Administration will continue to advance and elevate the college's administrative and finance initiatives as an official member of the college leadership team.

Sabuhi Sardarli has been appointed associate dean of administration and finance in the College of Business Administration. He previously served as an associate professor in the department of finance and as director of the Gates Capital Management Center for Financial Analysis.
"I am excited to welcome Sabuhi Sardarli to the college leadership team as associate dean of administration and finance," said Kevin Gwinner, Edgerley family dean of the College of Business Administration. "His proven management and innovative approach in building the Gates Capital Management Center for Financial Analysis have enhanced the college's impact and reputation. I am confident that Sardarli's ability to streamline operations, foster collaboration and implement forward-thinking solutions will strengthen our day-to-day functions and position the college for continued success."
Sardarli earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in economics from Pittsburg State University, an MBA in finance from the University of Missouri and a doctorate in finance from the University of Florida. His research interests include corporate finance, mutual funds, corporate tax avoidance and retirement plans. He has received multiple awards for excellence in teaching and research and is a recipient of the college's Bob Campbell Faculty Fellowship.
"I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as the next associate dean for administration and finance in the College of Business," Sardarli said. "My priority will be to strengthen the college's operational foundation and advance its strategic priorities. By enhancing administrative support and improving efficiency across our units, we can foster an environment where innovation thrives and our community can do its best work in support of student success."
