Save the dates: Meet with candidates for College of Agriculture dean, KSRE director

The search committee for the dean of the College of Agriculture and director of K-State Research and Extension position has scheduled a Manhattan campus open forum and a town hall in Garden City with each candidate who will be interviewing.

Please save the following dates:

Manhattan campus candidate open forums

  • 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 17.
  • 9:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 22.
  • 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 24.
  • 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 30.

All open forums will take place in Regnier Forum in Regnier Hall, with 30-minute receptions immediately following each session.

The open forums will be streamed live and archived on the provost's search website, along with candidates’ application materials, itineraries and feedback forms. Only individuals with a K-State eID and password will have access to this information, which will be posted as soon as the committee announces finalist names in an upcoming K-State Today announcement.

Candidate town halls in Garden City

  • 5:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 17.
  • 5:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 22.
  • 5:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 24.
  • 5:30-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 30.

Town halls will be held in Room 1302 of the STEM Center at Garden City Community College, 801 N. Campus Drive. Half-hour receptions will follow in the collaboration space located just outside of Room 1302.
