Police seek information about suspicious activity reported at Hale Library

MANHATTAN -- The Kansas State University Police Department is investigating reports of a male taking photos of females in Hale Library.

The witness reported the person as a black male between 5'11 to 6', in his 20s, with short hair and wearing a blue and white striped polo-type shirt.

It is believed that the subject was using a cellphone camera to take photos, which were sexual in nature.
