Building History

Constructed in 2016, this contemporary facility accommodates around 540 students across eight floors. It offers a range of traditional private rooms, which include options for one or two students. Each floor features multiple single-use bathrooms and common areas designed with dedicated study spaces, ensuring both privacy and convenience for residents.
