Meet Our Staff

"James (Jim) Kepple is a native Kansan who received a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law. Jim engaged in the private practice of law for seven years, followed by twenty-nine years serving as a district magistrate judge in the 24th and 21st judicial districts in Kansas, including five years in the Riley County District Court. Jim most recently served three years as the municipal court judge for the city of Manhattan."
