How does the wait list work?

The Great Plains IDEA Lead Institution, K-State, maintains a wait list for courses at capacity. There are four priority levels associated with the wait list:

Priority Level I:
Great Plains IDEA program students; course needed for immediate degree completion

Priority Level II:
Great Plains IDEA program students

Priority Level III:
Great Plains IDEA non-program students

Priority Level IV:
Non-Great Plains IDEA students

Students on the wait list will be notified after the Great Plains IDEA exchange date if there is space in the class for them. Email gpideacc@ksu.edu to be added to the wait list.

What does "requisites not met" mean?

Are you a Great Plains IDEA student?
Yes
Email gpideacc@ksu.edu and the Campus Coordinator can help.

No
Non-Great Plains IDEA students cannot enroll directly on KSIS into a Great Plains IDEA course, but can be wait listed. After the Great Plains IDEA exchange date has passed the Campus Coordinator will notify wait listed non-Great Plains IDEA students if there is space in the class. A KSIS permission will be applied to the student's account and enrollment can be completed. All non-Great Plains IDEA students should email the Campus Coordinator, gpideacc@ksu.edu, for class information.
