Online Graduate Certificate in Grassland Management

The grassland management graduate certificate program requires 12 credit hours of coursework and provides students with expertise in managing grasslands, the principal resource of the Great Plains.

Grasslands comprise more than 50 percent of the land surface area in the Great Plains, with livestock grazing being its major use. Grasslands are important for providing wildlife habitat, recreation, high-quality water and air, and other environmental services.

Careers in Grassland Management

A certificate in grassland management will prepare individuals for:
