Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a service provided for State of Kansas benefits-eligible employees and their dependents at no charge. The EAP provides information, short-term counseling, advice and referrals from licensed professionals who understand the typical stresses we all face day to day.

- How to Get to the Health Education Module – Depression Workshop in HealthQuest
- Go to the HealthQuest Portal
- Log In to your account and enter your username and password. If you’re new, click “Register My Account” and complete the setup.

ComPsych is K-State's employee assistance provider. Employees have access to training and resources to prioritize their well-being.
To better support you, ComPsych has increased the number of Huddles, Huddle Practices and Huddle Webinars available on GuidanceResources.com. These live offerings are designed to provide practical tools, connection, and support during periods of uncertainty.
There is no limit to the number of Huddles an individual may attend. Please note that the live Huddle calendar displays up to 30 days in advance, and additional sessions will continue to be added.
