Hearing and Grievances
Hearing and Grievances may arise out of decisions concerning dismissal, promotion, salary, working condition, tenure, reappointment, or any other matters related to employment.
Employee Relations & Engagement will assist and advise administrators and supervisors regarding the hearing and grievance process. K-State employees are encouraged to contact Employee Relations and Engagement early and as often as needed for assistance with conflict resolution and finding ways for individuals and teams to explore common ground and aligned purpose.
