When graduating from Kansas State University, it is important to understand the academic policy that impacts your student record. Below are highlights of the most common policies that impact graduating seniors.
- All degree requirements, as detailed in the Academic Catalog, must be completed prior to the close of the term in which your degree is to be awarded.
- Incompletes are expected to be finished by the conclusion of the next regular academic term (fall or spring), or the student's graduation term, whichever is earlier.
- Changes to your academic record cannot be made once your degree is posted.
