Where to purchase

Degree candidates must order regalia online by the following deadlines indicated below. Ship to store orders are recommended as there is no associated delivery fee, but ship to home orders include an additional $14.90 shipping fee and are available for last minute orders closer to the day of graduation. Items can be purchased separately or as part of a package of items. Rental regalia is not available.

Deadlines

• PHD students order deadline:
  • Custom/fine PHD regalia or faculty custom regalia online ordering deadline: October 1, 2026 - 8 weeks for delivery. Custom fine regalia orders for Faculty and Doctoral degree candidates takes 8 weeks for production and shipment. If you need assistance with measuring, please contact tharman@herffjones.com.
  • For lightweight PHD student regalia, please use the alternate option on the ordering website link.
  • Any orders after this date, if accepted, may incur additional late fees. This deadline is firm to cover the needed lead time to build the faculty members specific hood, as these are made individually.
• Bachelor/Master students order deadlines:
  • Deadline for in store pick-up, order online by Friday, October 9, 2026 for pickup in campus store November 11, 2026. (free shipping)
    • November 11, 2026 - 10am -2pm Pick Up Party in the Campus Store at the Union
    • Orders not picked up at the event will be available for pick-up at the K-State Bookstore on the Manhattan campus from November 12 through December 12, 2026.
  • Second Regalia Pick Up Deadline: Order online by Thursday, November 2, 2026 for the final round of in-store pickup in December at the K-State Bookstore and to avoid the ship-to-home fee.
    • Final Deadline for in store pick-up, order online by Thursday, November 2, 2026 for pickup in campus store week of December 12.
• Deadline for ship-to home by November 20, 2026:
  • Order online by Friday, November 20 for final ship-to-home regalia orders with the additional $14.90 shipping fee. Ship-to-home orders are anticipated to arrive by December 9 2026 -- (allow approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery - orders ship-to-home in the order they are received online). Be sure you get an order confirmation number when order is placed online. Orders placed after this date may be subject to rush/shipping fees.
• College of Aerospace and Technology, K-State Salina:
  • Order regalia online by November 2, 2026 for in-store pick up week of December 7, 2026. Salina students can also choose the ship-to-home option for regalia ($14.90 shipping fee applies).
  • Deadline for Salina ship-to-home orders is Friday, November 20, 2026. Contact Lindsay Ancira at 785-826-2923, or in the College Center bookstore for Salina specific questions.
