Our collaborative work with the Pusch lab to study ClC-6 and ClC-7 function in endo-lysosomes is now funded via an R21 award from National Institutes of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.
NEW PUBLICATIONS!
Distinct ClC-6 and ClC-7 Cl- sensitivities provide insight into ClC-7’s role in lysosomal Cl- homeostasis, by Maria Antonietta Coppola et al, is the latest collaborative study with Michael Pusch's group in the Institute of Biophysics, Genoa, Italy . The graphical abstract* below summarizes the basic findings published in the December 15th, 2023 issue of The Journal of Physiology.
