Sending samples

Collecting samples
We want to provide you with the most accurate test results possible. The first step to this is to collect your water samples properly. Please refer to the list below for specific instructions. If you have further questions, get in touch with us so we can help!
To get a sample representative of your well water, we recommend that you allow the pump to run for at least 10 minutes to flush out the lines before rinsing your bottle and collecting your sample.
