At K-State, we understand the importance of accessing data for research, analysis, and decision-making. Whether you are a member of the K-State community or an external user, our data request process is designed to facilitate your access to the information you need.

For K-State Users:

If you are a K-State faculty member, student, or staff member, you can submit a data request, or access request, below. We will work to fulfill it in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with university policies and data security standards.

For Non-K-State Users:

Public records subject to the Kansas Open Records Act (KORA) should be requested through the Office of General Counsel's NextRequest platform. Other requests can be submitted through our portal.
