Expo Hours and Location
The Expo and poster sessions will be held in the Grand Ballroom on the second floor of the Kansas State University Student Union (map)
- Sunday, October 25: 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Monday, October 26: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, October 27: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Information
- Exhibits may be set up starting at noon on Sunday, October 25
- Events co-located with the Expo:
- The Sci-Mix poster session will be held Sunday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
- Technical poster sessions will be held Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 - 5:30 p.m.
- The Governance reception will be held Monday evening from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
- As of 9/18/26, our Exhibitor space in the Ballroom is full. Companies interested in sponsoring the meeting via support for symposia, refreshment breaks, etc., may register as a non-exhibiting sponsor.
