Electronic Grade Change Report

is in place. Faculty should be sure to use appropriate date range. Notification email will go to all with grade approval status (primary and secondary instructors, TA, staff) and the student when a grade change is made. Barb Nagel, assistant registrar, developed a new Grade Change Report form with notice about submitting grade changes in iSIS.

Plan Changes for New and Readmitted Students.

Prematric forms (white, quarter page size) to change plans for new and readmitted students should be submitted to the Admissions Office until the first day of classes. Beginning the first day of classes, a program/plan change form (pink, half page size) should be submitted to the Registrar’s Office.

Continued iSIS Project Prioritization Discussion (L. Wilson)

Loren attended CAPP. CAPP is willing to participate in recommending priorities but doesn’t but doesn’t want CAPP meetings highjacked by iSIS issues to the point they are unable to address other CAPP business.

Draft Business Rules for CAPP’s involvement in iSIS Project Prioritization was discussed.

Diana will send working list to iSIS Task Force for clean-up.

New Projects

FERPA Self-Assessment (Crow)

FERPA Self-Assessment will be available around July 1 in the same timeframe as security training. The assessment includes fourteen questions that provide training/learning experience, and will be available in HRIS. Discussions continue about who will be required to take the assessment (all employees? employees who work with students or student records, iSIS or KSOL? specified employees?), if the assessment be voluntary or mandatory, if there be a report to monitor who has or has not completed the assessment, if new employees will have to take the assessment before being granted iSIS access. Suggestion: compile a list of questions for the provost to review with Faculty Senate Leadership.

TB Immunization (Blake)

State of Kansas requires at-risk students (excluding distance education students) at KBOR schools provide proof of TB immunization before enrolling. Lafene Health Center wants to screen everyone.
