End of Semester Processes (Crow)

iSIS Final Grades Modifications for Spring 2012:

  • “F” grades submitted with no explanation ( participated in some academic related activity or did not participate in any academic related activity) will stand; they will NOT be converted to “NR.”
  • Report will be available to check that all “F” grades have “choose one” option reported.
  • There will be links to “What is/is not academic activity?” and FAQs on Registrar’s website.

Prioritization of New Projects (L. Wilson)

How should potential iSIS Enhancement Projects be prioritized? Who sets priorities? Mandated changes should be added to prioritization process elements . Feedback is needed from broad base. Academic and administrative priorities both need to be considered. What’s the role for Enterprise Leadership Group? for “CEC”? Loren will discuss further with Ken Stafford and attend CAPP to discuss.

Meetings with fiscal office, Student Financial Assistance, Registrar’s Office, Planning & Analysis have occurred to work on billing, location codes and counting.

eIS-iSIS conversion is moving slowly; still identifying what’s in eIS that isn’t in iSIS.
