Emplid has been added.

Academic History:

Emplid and Academic Plan /Subplan have been added. (Classification – FR, SO, etc) may be added.)

Life Science – Pre-Health:

College of Arts & Sciences and Admissions are working on Life Science/Pre-Health issues.

Repeats:

Elaine Heller has come back from retirement and is looking at repeat issues one by one. Review needed because of changes. May change to apply at enrollment instead of at grading. May add message “Not eligible for repeat” for financial aid restrictions.

Midterm Grades

worked well – no changes anticipated.

Advanced Credit Report:

Lisa Last is working with Shannon to develop report that will be available to all colleges.

I/NR Report

can be run anytime (effective April 1, 2011).

CS Planner:

Expedited term changes for “term offered” need to be completed this spring so planner can be rolled out by fall. Aaron Stroot can provide current spreadsheets of term offerings.

Electronic Transcript Project (Avow)

is going well and should be available in May.

Lynn Carlin reviewed accomplished items. A number of iSIS Task Force/CAPP items are listed as “Initiatives under Discussion (Projects not defined or prioritized)” in the Portfolio of Projects. Process needs assessment is required before projects can be moved into iSIS Portfolio.

Lynn Carlin and Mike Crow will reconcile working lists and provide a consolidated list for next iSIS Task Force meeting.
