Mike Crow provided a timeline review.
- Conversion team is working toward a Feb 28, 2007 deadline.
 - AS is working ahead; others (BA, EN) are waiting for conversion.
 - Use standard abbreviations for prerequisites and co-requisites incorporated into the course descriptions (see document from “Show and Tell” session). E.g., Pre-Req: for all course prerequisites and Co-Req: for co-requisites.
 - Developing a spreadsheet for course information will be helpful.
 - IMS has been contracted to help with DARS. Transfer work will reside in DARS and iSIS will have degree plans.
 - A “SWAT Team” committee is proposed with members selected by DARS staff to work on DARS-iSIS interface. The group will meet just before Spring Break and continue for four to six weeks. Mike will send list to Ray for distribution.
 - Training plan is to provide preliminary information to develop familiarity, then training session.
 - “Go Live” enrollment date is March 2008 for Fall 2008 enrollment. Transfer enrollment in April 2008 will use iSIS. Transfer prerequisite problems will be resolved by March.
 - Conversion will be completed in September 2007.

Other topics discussed included the following.
- Ray’s e-mail to the Task Force noted challenges with CO-OP (now called University Recognition), Study Abroad and National Student Exchange.
 - Can University Honors Program be included on DARS? SIS records curricula, minors and secondary majors and DARS audits are available for each of these.
 - What about cross-listed courses? (E.g., AG and EN courses) Response: can assign % ownership. Who do students contact with problems?
 - Problem: GPAs on DARS are not accurate.
 - Technology & Aviation requires “C” in all pre-requisite courses – same course number, course name on both campuses, but different pre-requisites. Include in course description or can pre-requisites be set by section?
 - Can transfer equivalencies differ by college? Example: a math transfer course may be acceptable in some programs, but not in engineering.
 - Contact Susan Cooper in Registrar’s Office with questions and concerns about DARS interface.
