The Black Faculty and Staff Alliance is an organization that strives to bring together individuals who have an active interest in promoting racial equity at Kansas State University. This alliance is also interested in furthering the success of black faculty, staff and students.
BFSA actively works with the university president, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs, Alianza, Indigeneous Alliance, LGBTQ Faculty and Staff Alliance, Pan Asian Faculty and Staff group, and a myriad of other organizations, departments and agencies.
We welcome all in our campus and community who are interested in our mission through membership.
