MIOP program details

This program was designed to help you become an expert in:

    • employee behavior
    • talent management
    • organizational strategy
  1. Summer classes begin with a two-week, on-campus, in-person session.
  2. Fall and spring classes are completed 100% online.

  3. Year 3 summer classes are completed 100% online.

  4. Practicum project is due in the third fall semester.

Summer sessions

Students will come to campus for two weeks in July during year 1 and 2. You'll work with other students in your cohort (5-15 students), meet the faculty and experience K-State's campus.
