Scholarships and assistantships
New students should check for available scholarships with the department their degree program is housed within. The Grad School has a Timothy R Donoghue Scholarship which students can be nominated for if they're applying for the Spring 2026 term.
Existing students can use the K-State Scholarship Network* to find and apply for scholarships. Current scholarships include:
- Graduate Research, Scholarly & Creative Activities and Discovery (RSCAD) Grant
- Parent Success Scholarship
- Alumni Association International Student Scholarship

Graduate assistantships are an employment position for students enrolled in graduate academic programs. We offer three different types:
- Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA)
